Peggy Fucci, president and CEO of OneWorld Properties, caught up with The Real Deal South Florida’s Managing Editor Ina Cordle at TRD‘s Third Annual Broward Real Estate Showcase & Forum in April to discuss Las Olas Boulevard.

Fucci is handling sales and marketing for two Fort Lauderdale projects, 100 Las Olas and Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach. “We see it as the kickoff of the revitalization of the Las Olas Boulevard area,” she said about 100 Las Olas. “We want Las Olas to be what we sell it to be. I think it could be so much more than what it is today.”
