Missoni Baia is announcing its sales team after switching to Fortune International Group.

OKO Group brought on Inga Leshchinsky as sales director, and agents Adrian Gonzalez, Rafael Gonzalez, Ena Pereda Espino, Damian Silvi and Catalina Martinez. The developer, led by Vladislav Doronin, plans to build the 57-story, 146-unit tower at 700 Northeast 26th Street in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.

An associate broker at Keller Williams NYC is heading south to lead the KW Realty Professionals office in Fort Lauderdale as CEO. Robert Carbuccia will head the 300-agent office starting later this month.

“One of the biggest reasons I am making this move is it’s an opportunity to move my sales background, my coaching background, and management and business development. It’s a great opportunity to put everything together,” he said.

Transwestern is expanding its Healthcare Advisory Services to include a statewide practice in Florida led by Brent Barnes, who was brought on as a senior vice president. The healthcare team is in 19 cities across the country with 120 members.

Barnes was previously executive vice president of Healthcare Services at Flagler Investment.

Peter Chambers is the new chief information officer of Sbe. Based out of Miami, Chambers will oversee information technology strategy, operations and data security of Sbe’s platform. He was previously vice president of technology at Viceroy Hotel Group.

Stantec hired Eduardo Egea to help lead the architecture and design firm’s healthcare practice in Florida. He and his team are working on the renovation and expansion projects at Aventura Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Palms West Hospital and Plantation General.

Errol Blumer joined Cushman & Wakefield‘s South Florida multifamily team as an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. He’ll work under vice chairman Robert Given. Blumer left Avison Young to join Cushman.

Stuart T. Gordon, Matthew A. Bittel and Yesenia Soto joined Cushman from Flagler. They’ll work out of the brokerage’s Miami office. Their clients include AEW Capital Management, Blackstone, FedEx, Ryder and PriceSmart, and the team has closed deals valued at nearly $1.5 billion.

Glenn Olson returned to Cresa South Florida after leaving in 2015. Olson is now a project management principal.

Colliers International is expanding its manufactured housing division with new hires Michael Nissley, executive vice president; Chris Clay, senior vice president; and Alyssa Conlon, senior associate. The team has been involved in more than $2 billion of manufactured housing deals.

The Shops at Sunset Place in South Miami named Magena Rodriguez as its marketing manager. She’s led the marketing and branding campaigns of brands in South Florida, including Macy’s and Dolphin Mall. Rodriguez was previously the regional tourism marketing manager for Macy’s.

Aurora Sunny Isles Beach hired Joyce Larkin as a sales executive. Verzasca Group is developing Aurora, a 61-unit building planned for 17550 Collins Avenue. Prices start in the $900,000s.

Gian Traina joined Brown Harris Stevens Avatar as a Realtor associate.

RAV Bahamas named Cynthia Alonso to lead its sales and development in Bimini, Bahamas. The firm is working on a luxury mixed-use resort called Rockwell Island, which has 51 home waterfront home sites.
