The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Condo sales in Miami-Dade County picked up last week.

The most expensive unit to close was a resale at Regalia in Sunny Isles Beach. The four-bedroom, 7,600-square-foot full-floor unit sold for $9.8 million, or nearly $1,300 per square foot. Former director of sales Rose Marie Minio, of One Sotheby’s International Realty, had the listing for 114 days before it traded hands.

At Murano at Portofino, a three-story townhouse fetched the second highest price of the week. Unit TH-M1 sold after only 21 days to a Venezuelan buyer for $5.8 million, or nearly $2,000 per square foot. Dustin Nero and Jamen Krynicki of Douglas Elliman were the listing agents.

The county saw 203 condos sell last week for nearly $84.4 million. That marks nearly double the previous week’s $49 million. Average prices were about $416,000 per unit and $280 per square foot.

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $1.4 million to $9.8 million.
