ONE Sotheby’s International Realty listed an equestrian estate in Southwest Ranches  with an asking price of $6.675 million.

Sotheby’s agents Lisa Marie Jess and Tiffany Gumble have the listing for the property at 6401 Rodeo Drive in Southwest Ranches i. The owners of the property in western Broward County are Don and Jan Tetro.

The estate has a professional equestrian training facility and 16 horse stalls. The property’s residence features a 20-seat movie theater, an 810-bottle wine cave and a home gym concealed by a movable hidden wall.

In recent years, several equestrian estates in South Florida have been sold in multi-million-dollar deals, including one in Wellington that an heir to the Campbell’s Soup fortune bought late last year for $14.4 million.
