UPDATED June 9, 11:30 a.m.: Midtown Doral has announced a list of retail tenants set to open between July and December during phase two of the four-phase, mixed-use development project.

Seventeen boutiques, restaurants and offices will accompany the 1,500 rental units and hotel component of the project, whose amenities include a club and fitness center.

Sergio Pino’s Century Homebuilders Group is developing the $230 million Midtown Doral project on Northwest 107th Avenue and Northwest 74th Street, that aims to be complete by 2020. Pino and Century Homebuilders Group also closed a $9 million deal for land in Westchester last year for the construction of a new town home community.

The Midtown Doral tenants list includes restaurants such as Capriccio-Authentic Italian Eatery, Burgerim-Gourmet Burgers, Cancun Grill-Mexican Restaurant, Café Domino, Midtown Steakhouse, Maroosh-Mediterranean Restaurant, health food destination Delirio Fresh Co., gelato spot 4-D, and the frozen yogurt chain, Yogurt for You.

Other retail tenants include boutique and beauty destinations The Blow Bar Salon, The Spot Barber Shop, Venetian Nails, Massage Green, and Cheris Baby Boutique.

Suave Dental and Doral Veterinary Care are also set to open offices spaces in the mini-metropolis.

Century Homebuilders Group will also be opening its Midtown Doral sales center in July. Phase one of the project was the construction and opening of its four luxury condo towers, the first of which opened in June last year. —Grace Guarnieri
