Inside the new Auberge Beach Residences & Spa: renderings

Auberge restaurant and spa is slated to open in 2018

The developers of Auberge Beach Residences & Spa in Fort Lauderdale just released new renderings of the upscale spa and restaurant at the nearly completed project.

The 171-unit beachfront condo tower at 2200 North Ocean Boulevard is being developed by the Miami-based Related Group, Fortune International Group and the Fort Lauderdale-based Fairwinds Group. Construction on the project began in 2015.

The developers hired New York-based interior design firm Meyer Davis to create the concept, which includes a spa with floor-to-ceiling windows, a neutral color palette and blue marble finishes, according to a press release. Other features include oak flooring, terrazzo countertops, porcelain tile and teak wood slates. The spa will also have a full-service salon, a plunge pool, and indoor and outdoor treatment cabanas.

Auberge’s farm-to-table restaurant, which will have ocean views, will have Calacatta Gold marble, reclaimed wood floors and tiles, and saddle leather detail finishes.

The restaurant and spa are slated to open in 2018.

Prices for the condo units average about $1,000 per square foot. The 57-unit north tower is about 91 percent sold, and the 114-unit south tower is 50 percent sold, according to the first quarter ISG Miami Report.
