TPA Group to bring 330,000-square-foot office park to Pembroke Pines

The park will consists of two, three-story, class A office buildings

Atlanta-based developer TPA Group just announced plans to build a 330,000-square-foot office park in Pembroke Pines.

The office complex, to be called The Edison Pembroke Pines, will consists of two, three-story, Class A office buildings along I-75 at Southwest 145th Avenue, according to a press release.

Avison Young’s Greg Martin and Justin Cope are in charge of leasing and marketing of the project on behalf of the developer, according to the release.

In addition to the two three-story buildings, TPA Group’s office park will include a 5,000-square-foot central amenity building with a gym and cafe for tenants.

The firm has office buildings in Lake Mary and Alpharetta, Georgia with similar designs under construction. The Pembroke Pines office space will be completed in two phases, according to the release.

A number of projects are in the works in Pembroke Pines, including Terra Group’s Pembroke Pines City Center, a 47-acre mixed-use project with retail, office and residential components.

TPA Group has been active in South Florida in the past. In 2015 the TPA Group sold 72-acres of unincorporated land in Palm Beach County for $11 million – just six months after purchasing it. – Amanda Rabines
