One Sotheby’s International Realty is expanding its reach in Aventura.

The firm acquired the 50-agent One Miami Group Brokers about a month after buying Turnberry International Realty, One Sotheby’s President Daniel de la Vega said. He declined to provide terms of the acquisition.

It brings the Sotheby’s affiliate to more than 675 agents.

One Miami Group Brokers’ owners Consuelo Vilar, Richard Toledano and Ivette Toledano, will stay on at One Sotheby’s, according to a press release.

In 2016, One Miami Group Brokers closed more than $150 million in sales, according to the release. Its agents will focus on selling preconstruction projects like Turnberry Ocean Club, the Fairchild in Coconut Grove, Brickell City Centre and Metropica.

The company will close its office at 19495 Biscayne Boulevard and work out of One Sotheby’s Sunny Isles Beach sales center at 182nd Street and Collins Avenue.

One Sotheby’s plans to close on the acquisition of another brokerage by the end of the summer. De la Vega declined to name the firm.

Consolidation is common during a slowdown. One Sotheby’s acquired Bay Harbor Islands-based Crescendo Real Estate last year and Diane Lieberman’s South Beach International Realty in 2015. Brown Harris Stevens picked up Avatar Real Estate Services and Zilbert International Realty, and Douglas Elliman acquired Tauriello & Co. Real Estate and its 60 agents in November.
