Oceanfront Golden Beach estate asks $25M

Nabe is home to likes of Tommy Hilfiger and Bruce Weber

The Russian owner of an oceanfront estate in Golden Beach is looking to double the last sale price of the property, listing it for just under $25 million.

Records show Piacere Ocean LLC paid $12 million for the property at 115 Ocean Boulevard in 2014. The deed was signed by attorney Irina Nemtsev on behalf of the owner, records show.

The estate includes a 4,500-square-foot ocean-facing main house with a master suite and a 5,200-square-foot garden-facing guesthouse with two staff bedrooms, three guest suites, seven bathrooms, and a screening room, according to listing agent Lucrecia Lindemann of Dezer Platinum Realty. The two homes sit on a nearly 1-acre lot and are connected by an outdoor, covered loggia.

The owner will complete an $8 million renovation of the property in September, according to Lindemann, who is co-listing it with Melissa Barragan. Improvements include an expansion of the guesthouse and adding an outdoor summer kitchen.

Together, the houses span about 9,700 square feet, giving the listing an asking price of more than $2,500 a square foot.

Residents of Golden Beach, an exclusive waterfront enclave in north Miami-Dade with access to a private beach, include the likes of Bruce Weber and Tommy Hilfiger. In February, Hilfiger put his oceanfront mansion at 605 Ocean Boulevard on the market for $27.5 million. Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim is also building an oceanfront mansion nearby.

Last month, a Brazilian digital marketing executive paid $6.4 million, or $1,136 a foot, for a newly completed waterfront spec home at 410 Golden Beach Drive. And in April, a Brazilian buyer paid $6.25 million, or $861 a foot, for a home on the Intracoastal Waterway in Golden Beach, dubbed “Villa D’Amore.”
