Some South Florida developers have offered such extras as fancy cars and fine art to sell high-priced residences. Now, a penthouse in northeast Miami-Dade County comes with a pink diamond.

The developers of the Regalia condominium in Sunny Isles Beach listed the penthouse unit for $39 million, an asking price that includes a pink diamond valued at $500,000, according to the listing agent, Chad Carroll of The Carroll Group with brokerage firm Douglas Elliman.

The penthouse at Regalia has the second-highest asking price among condos for sale in Miami-Dade County, behind a penthouse at Faena House, which has been re-listed for $55 million.

The triplex penthouse at Regalia has almost 11,000 square feet of interior space plus about 6,000 square feet of space on the unit’s rooftop terrace, which has a private swimming pool and a waterfall feature.

One of 37 full-floor units at the Sunny Isles Beach condominium, the penthouse has six bedrooms including two master suites, a steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi tub, plus a 1,000-bottle wine storage room, an 1,100-square-foot game room and a movie theater.  [Curbed Miami]Mike Seemuth
