Stiles and a partner open new apartment building in Raleigh, N.C.

Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles Residential Group and a partner opened a 186-unit apartment building in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The apartment property, called The Carolinian on Glenwood, is located near downtown Raleigh and next to the Carolina Country Club golf course.

Stiles Residential and Raleigh-based Grubb Ventures developed The Carolinian on Glenwood, and Clancy & Theys Construction Company built it.

The apartments range from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom units, and they range in size from 600 square feet to 1,700 square feet. The apartments have private balconies and terraces, 9- to 10-foot ceilings and large kitchen islands.

The Carolinian on Glenwood has covered, structured parking with private gated access, a rooftop lounge with views of the golf course, an executive conference room and three resident lounges.

The property also features a run-and-play area for dogs and a pet grooming spa, plus a 2,500-square-foot gym and a sun deck with a salt water pool and entertainment area.
