It looks like Trey Songz made it.

The singer-songwriter-producer, whose real name is Tremaine Aldon Neverson, just sold his condo on Brickell Key and upgraded to a new unit at the Related Group’s Brickell Heights.

Neverson sold unit 2408 at Courts Brickell Key, 801 Brickell Key Boulevard, for $710,000, property records show.

About a month earlier, the Billboard 100 artist paid $1.09 million for unit 4603 at Brickell Heights. He was spotted at the construction site a year ago with his real estate agent, Fortune International Realty’s Adriana Brito.

Related completed the twin-tower, 690-unit development at 850 South Miami Avenue earlier this year. Amenities include a three-story, 30,000-square-foot Equinox gym, a 6,000-square-foot SoulCycle studio, a pool deck, movie theater, gyms, spas and party rooms.

Records show Neverson sold his former Brickell Key unit to Scott Wadler, a senior director at HFF, and his wife Rachel Wadler. The Brickell Key condo was developed in 2002, and Neverson bought it in 2010 for $437,000. He listed the 1,680-square-foot unit last year for more than $1 million, according to Realtor.com, which first reported the sale. It has two bedrooms, an open floor plan and two balconies.
