Movers & Shakers: CushWake hires office director from Avison Young & more

Ericka Witkowski left Avison Young for Cushman & Wakefield, where she is director of office leasing in the Miami office. At Avison Young, Witkowski focused on agency leasing and tenant representation. Her clients included Odebrecht Construction and Intel.

Bayshore Capital Advisors acquired an investment consulting firm led by Fran Coopersmith and Andrew Wethern. Together, the combined firm advises clients on more than $1.8 billion worth of assets. The acquisition marks Bayshore’s entrance to the Palm Beach market. It also has offices in London and Tampa. Coopersmith and Wethern previously worked at Shepherd Kaplan.

CREC hired Robert Dabrowski away from Berger Commercial Realty. Dabrowski, previously a sales associate at Berger, joined CREC as vice president. He will focus on landlord representation and capital markets in Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Brett Chetek relocated from Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis office to Miami, along with part of his team. Chetek is expanding his group, led in St. Louis by partner Alex Perez. He’s worked for the brokerage since 2004. His team, the Chetek Group, has closed more than $1.7 billion worth of deals.

Apollo Bank promoted Joaquin Medina to senior vice president of client management. Medina joined the Miami bank when it launched in 2011.

Alta Realtors hired Michele DeMaria as a sales associate in the Miami Beach office. DeMaria previously worked at Kreps DeMaria Public Relations.

Elise Ramer joined Premier Sotheby’s International Realty as senior director of public relations. She was previously senior public relations specialist for Coldwell Banker. She’s now overseeing public relations for Premier Sotheby’s 40 locations more than 1,000 agents in Florida and North Carolina.

Keller Williams Coral Gables Coconut Grove named Kathrin Rein a luxury division ambassador.
