In its latest proposal to the city of Boca Raton, developer Group P6 wants to add three nine-story towers to the city’s downtown area, according to the Sun Sentinel.

The company’s proposed 48-unit condominium project, called 475 Royal Palm, would sit on a 1.6-acre site on the corner of Palmetto and Southeast Fifth Avenue, across from Silver Palm Park.

The city has not yet to scheduled a date to review the plans for the project, according to the Sun Sentinel.

If approved, the condo project will add to a growing number of high-rises planned in the area, like Penn-Florida Companies’ Via Mizner, which will take up about 2 million square feet in downtown Boca Raton. Once completed, the massive mixed-use project will include a 366-unit luxury apartment building, an 88-unit condo, a 164-key Mandarin Oriental Hotel & Resort and 60,000 square feet of retail.

Group P6 is also developing a nine-story, 25-unit condo building at 327 Royal Palm Boulevard, which is scheduled to be completed in May. [Sun Sentinel]Amanda Rabines
