Allen Morris Company recruits pizzeria to new rental property in St. Petersburg
The Coral Gables-based firm opened Hermitage Apartment Homes with 348 units in May
Coral Gables-based Allen Morris Company recruited a pizzeria to the ground floor of the company’s new rental apartment development in St. Petersburg.
Fabrica Pizza, a Neapolitan pizzeria that opened its first location in Tampa, will open its second on the ground floor of Hermitage Apartment Homes near downtown St. Petersburg.
Allen Morris Company opened the 348-unit Hermitage development at 151 7th Street in St. Petersburg on May 17. The eight-story building is located on a two-acre site in the Central Arts District in downtown St. Petersburg.
The real estate development company announced a soft opening in ground-floor space by Fabrica Pizza, which brought the same menu offered at its Tampa location, featuring wood-fired pizzas, salads, Italian appetizers and gelatro.
W. Allen Morris, chairman and CEO of Allen Morris Company, said in a prepared statement that Fabrica Pizza is a “hip, artsy and cool restaurant” that will serve “as a lifestyle focal point at The Hermitage.”
