Hallandale Beach developer under contract to buy Miami Gardens site for mixed-use project

$60M development calls for 429 apartments, commercial space

A Hallandale Beach developer is under contract to buy a plot of land in Miami Gardens with plans to build a $60 million mixed-use project, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

AAA Investment Group I LLC, led by Elyhau Hadad, is proposing New Way Gardens, a mixed-use project with 429 apartments and 2,200 square feet of commercial space, on the site at 16800 Northwest 22nd Avenue. The developer would pay $10.63 million for the land.

The 13-acre site is owned by New Way Fellowship Baptist but does not include the church building, the South Florida Business Journal reported.

The Kobi Karp-designed project would include one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments averaging 1,300 square feet, three pools, three courtyards, a fitness room, a clubhouse and 1,140 parking spaces.
