Gregory Santin joined TD Bank as a senior lender

UPDATED Feb. 9, 1:20 p.m.: JLL added two brokers to its retail practice in Florida. Andrew Rosenberg was hired as a vice president and Kesha Williams as a senior associate in South Florida. Rosenberg was previously with Rosenberg Realty Corp. and Williams was a leasing adviser with The Shopping Center in Coconut Grove.

TD Bank brought on Gregory Santin as a senior lender in its commercial real estate division. Santin will be responsible for new commercial real estate business across South Florida, according to a press release. His experience includes time with JP Morgan, BankUnited and BNY Mellon.

Shalina Jaffer was named principal architect at Equilibrium Group.

SobelCo named Gigi Giusti and Joanna Berg as sales agents for Galleria Lofts in Fort Lauderdale. Elliman was hired to take over sales of the 48-unit development last year. The luxury townhouses start at about $500,000.

The Miami Association of Realtors elected George C. Jalil as chairman of the board for 2018. The Miami broker is president of Real Living First Service Realty. The association also elected Jorge L. Guerra Jr., president and CEO of Real Estate Sales Force, as its 2018 residential president.

Coldwell Banker hired new agents in South Florida. Bessy Fay Paraohao, Christopher Fay, Vivian Betancourt, Steve Brindle and Adriana Zajac joined the Pinecrest office. Evgeniya Penovska, Michael Cocherell and Diana Ramirez joined the Aventura office from Keller Williams. Kimberly Reiss now works out of the Key Biscayne branch.
