Cuban coffee heir Jose Enrique Souto is looking to sell his Cocoplum mansion.

Souto, whose family sold Rowland Coffee Roasters Inc. to J.M. Smucker in 2011 for $360 million, listed the waterfront house at 23 Tahiti Beach Island Road for nearly $24 million. Rowland’s brands include the popular Café Bustelo and Café Pilón.

Souto paid $5.15 million for the sprawling Coral Gables property in 2011, records show. The seven-bedroom, nearly 15,000-square-foot home was built in 2014. Architect Ramon Pacheco and interior designer Bea Pila designed the mansion. It’s on the market with One Sotheby’s International Realty’s Dennis Carvajal, according to the New York Post.
