The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $775k to $8.6M

Condo sales rose in Miami-Dade County last week.

The county recorded 122 sales for a total of about $50.2 million, a jump from the previous week’s $37 million sales volume for 104 units. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $412,000 or $287 per square foot.

The biggest sale was at Oceana Bal Harbour. Unit 1601 in the south tower sold for $8.6 million after 426 days on the market. The deal breaks down to about $1,500 per square foot for the three-bedroom, 5,780-square-foot unit. Matias Alem represented the seller and Dael Sidney brought the buyer.

The second priciest condo sale last week was the $2.1 million trade of unit 2704 at Asia on Brickell Key. Chad Carroll was the listing agent and Rosella Madera represented the buyer. It spent nearly seven months on the market.
