Bruce Springsteen’s drummer Max Weinberg just sold his Palm Beach home at a loss, property records show.

Weinberg, the longtime drummer for Springsteen’s E Street Band, sold the 6,500-square-foot house at 110 Wells Road through a trust tied to him and his wife, Becky Weinberg. The buyers, John Richard Knop and his wife Leslee Helene Belluchie, paid $6.78 million, or $1,045 per square foot, for the home.

Records show the Weinbergs’ trust paid $7.5 million for the five-bedroom house in 2016 and listed it that year with Christian J. Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate. It was on the market for about $7.7 million, according to Redfin.

The property features marble and hardwood floors, a master suite with a balcony, and a backyard with loggias, a pool and spa.

Weinberg was also late-night talk show host Conan O’Brien’s bandleader for nearly two decades. He joins rock star Billy Joel, who also just sold a property in Palm Beach County. Earlier this week, Joel sold the vacant lot next to his Manalapan mansion for $7.5 million.
