Billy Joel lists Manalapan estate for $32M
He paid about $22M for the ocean-to-lake property in 2015
Billy Joel is movin’ out of Manalapan.
With one property already on the market for about $17 million, and another one that he just sold, the singer-songwriter is now looking to get rid of his third site in Manalapan, an ocean-to-lake estate at 1110 South Ocean Boulevard.
The 1.6-acre property recently hit the market for $31.9 million, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.
Joel paid $22.1 million for the eight-bedroom, 13,300-square-foot mansion in 2015. It’s now on the market with Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate, for 45 percent more than Joel’s original purchase price.
The Grammy winner sold the vacant lot at 1930 South Ocean Boulevard earlier this month for $7.5 million. The lot is next to the home he has on the market for $16.9 million. Joel and his wife, Alexis Roderick Joel, also own property in Wellington. [Palm Beach Daily News] – Katherine Kallergis
