Graspa Group is bringing its Salumeria 104 concept to Coral Gables.

The restaurant is taking 3,300 square feet at 117 Miracle Mile, in the former Angelique Euro Cafe space, according to a spokesperson. Alan Howard of Great Miami Investment brokered the 10-year deal. Graspa has two five-year extensions, which would bring the lease to 20 years.

Diez y Seis | Miami Beach

Sbe is replacing Terrazza at Shore Club with a modern Mexican restaurant, Diez y Seis.

Chef Jose Icardi is overseeing the new restaurant, which will include about 3,000 square feet of indoor space and nearly 2,800 square feet of outdoor space fronting the pool. The hotel’s lobby and some rooms are also being renovated, he said.

Etaru is opening its second location this summer at the Related Group’s Icon Las Olas in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Etaru opened its first restaurant in Hallandale Beach last year. The Fort Lauderdale location will be at 500 East Las Olas Boulevard.
