Brazilian real estate developer Victor Malzoni just sold his Pine Tree Drive mansion in Miami Beach for $17 million, according to agents involved in the deal.

Fortuna 4647 Pine Tree Drive LLC, led by Malzoni and his wife Susan Malzoni, sold the eight-bedroom, 16,486-square-foot mansion at 4647 Pine Tree Drive to an undisclosed American buyer.

Alina de la Vega of One Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent. Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty represented the buyer, whom she declined to identify.

The waterfront property, which sits on an acre lot, hit the market in September for $26 million and was reduced to $19.9 million in February, according to Zillow. It sold at a 35 percent discount off the original ask.

Todd Glaser built the home and sold it to the Malzonis in 2013 for $13 million, property records show. The couple then spent about two years completing and upgrading the mansion, Puig said.

Victor Malzoni, who is reportedly called the Donald Trump of Brazil, is also a top showdog breeder, according to published reports.

The property features a spiral staircase modeled after the Guggenheim Museum leading to a rooftop terrace, chef’s kitchen, home theater, fitness center, infinity edge salt water pool, a spa, summer kitchen, guest house and basketball court overlooking the water, according to the listing.

The sale is one of a flurry of recent multimillion-dollar deals in Miami Beach, including the $33 million sale of 4 and 5 Star Island Drive and the $32 million sale of 34 La Gorce Circle.
