Construction has started on a six-unit condominium in Siesta Key along the Gulf of Mexico.

Construction of the four-story condominium at 4740 Ocean Boulevard in Siesta Key is scheduled for completion by the summer of 2019.

Four of the six units at Océane are still available at prices ranging from $3.99 million to $4.8 million.

Each of the 4,500-square-foot units has four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and a three-car garage.

The developer of Océane is Randy Moore of Crossgate Partners, and the exclusive marketing agent is Peter G. Laughlin of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. DSDG Architects designed Océane.

“One of the biggest selling points is that view of the water,” Laughlin said in a prepared statement. “There is no other site that is like this. In the day you have aquamarine views of the Gulf and in the evening, you can see the lights of the city all the way up Lido Key and Longboat Key.” – Mike Seemuth
