RelatedISG acquires South Miami brokerage
Company closed $35M in sales last year
RelatedISG International Realty just closed on the acquisition of Caribe Homes Realty, a boutique brokerage in South Miami.
Ten of the firm’s 11 agents are joining RelatedISG, a partnership between the Related Group and International Sales Group. They will work out of RelatedISG’s Coral Gables office at 178 Giralda Avenue.
Albert Carrillo, vice president of RelatedISG, brokered the deal. A spokesperson declined to provide terms.
Caribe, led by broker Jorge Fernandez, closed $35 million in sales last year, the spokesperson said.
Other firms like Compass and the Keyes Company have been on an acquisitions tear as of late. Earlier this month, Compass closed on ICS Realty, a 20-agent brokerage in Aventura. Keyes’ Illustrated Properties also recently bought Palm Beach County Realty Group of Boynton Beach, marking the seventh firm the company has acquired over the past year.
