Compass is expanding to SW Florida with new office in Naples

Sales manager Gary Nolan will lead the residential real estate brokerage firm's office in Naples, which is expected to grow to more than 70 agents

Residential real estate brokerage Compass is expanding into the Southwest Florida market by opening an office in Naples.

Fifteen agents are affiliated with the Naples office, which Compass expects to expand to more than 70 agents.

The 6,000-square-foot Naples office, now under construction at 800 Laurel Oak Drive, will be lead by sales manager Gary Nolan.

Prior to his tenure with Compass, Nolan served as senior vice president of brokerage firm Saunders & Associates and helped to recruit 150 real estate agents.

He previously was director of marketing and advertising at the Corcoran Group brokerage firm.

Among other work in Naples, Compass handles sales and marketing of Banyan Corners, a luxury townhouse development in the city’s Coquina Sands neighborhood.
