Its glassy design of the house emphasizes its utility an indoor and outdoor residence. Two terraces on the second floor are accessible through walls composed of glass doors.

Buccellati will continue to divide her time between Paris, New York and Miami, but she is expected to make Palm Island her primary home. She formerly was married to the president and creative director of Buccellati, a luxury jewelry brand based in Italy.

Saddy Delgado, vice president of One Sotheby’s International Realty, represented Buccellati in the house purchase, and an agent of the same brokerage firm, Laura Roxana Garcia, represented the seller. [WWD.com] – Mike Seemuth
