The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $1.2M to $7.4M

School’s back in session, and so are condo sales in Miami-Dade County.

Condo sales totaled 114 closings for a combined $54 million, about $2.4 million more than the previous week and seven fewer units. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $473,000 or about $312 per square foot.

The priciest deal was for unit 4405 at the high-profile Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach. The five-bedroom, 6,684-square-foot condo, listed with Eduardo Martinez, sold for $7.4 million. Martinez represented the buyer. Property records show the unit sold at a loss of about $4.4 million since it last sold in March 2017. It’s been and off the market, more recently listed for only 48 days.

The second-priciest unit last week was the $4 million sale of unit 1204 at the Bath Club in Miami Beach. It was listed for 355 days with Jill Eber, and the unit sold for about $1,000 per foot. Pietro Belmonte represented the buyer.
