Engel & Völkers launches licensed office in Melbourne, its eighth statewide this year

The Engel & Völkers franchise in Melbourne is powered by the former broker/owner of Tropic Coast Realty and 15 agents

Brokerage firm Engel & Völkers established a new franchise in Melbourne headed by a broker there.

So far this year, Engel & Völkers has converted eight independent brokerage firms across Florida to franchises.

Marcie Bolt, former broker/owner of Tropic Coast Realty in Melbourne, and her team of 15 agents are now doing business as Engel & Völkers Melbourne Central.

The office of Engel & Völkers Melbourne Central at 524 North Harbor City Boulevard is undergoing a redesign and renovation.

Bolt is a 22-year resident of Florida who was a successful restaurant owner before she began her career in real estate.

She already is planning to expand her licensed brokerage operation by opening a second location that will be called Engel & Völkers Melbourne Beachside.

Engel & Völkers expanded into the North American market in 2007 and has operated from its regional headquarters in Naples since then. – Mike Seemuth
