ATM clothing designer and founder Anthony Thomas Melillo paid $2.025M for a two-bedroom unit at Three Hundred Collins featuring private elevator access and a wrap-around terrace

ATM clothing designer and founder Anthony Thomas Melillo bought a condo at Three Hundred Collins in Miami Beach, a new condominium that has attracted other high-profile buyers.

New York-based Melillo paid $2.025 million for Unit 4E, featuring private elevator access and a wrap-around terrace with sunset views of Miami Beach.

He paid 12 percent below the $2.3 million list price for the 1,835-square-foot condo with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

The listing and buyer agents were Dina Goldentayer and Joseph Schafer of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

Two cosmetics executives also have purchased a residence at the 19-unit condominium at 300 Collins Avenue, completed in June.

Richard Ferretti, global creative director for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, and his husband James Gager, former global creative director for MAC Cosmetics and Jo Malone, paid $5.8 million for a 3,143-square-foot penthouse.

Other condo buyers at Three Hundred Collins include chef Myles Chefetz, the celebrity restaurateur behind Prime 112 and Prime Italian, both in the South-of-Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach.

Common-area amenities include a concierge, a gym, and a rooftop deck with cabanas and a 75-foot saltwater swimming pool. – Mike Seemuth
