The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Ocean Tower One was the priciest sale of the week at $6.6M

UPDATED, Feb. 1, 12:55 p.m.: Condo sales dropped again in Miami.

Miami-Dade County recorded 77 closings for a total of $38 million, a decline from the previous week’s 103 closings for $48 million. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $497,000 or about $323 per square foot.

A seven-bedroom, 6,914-square-foot unit at Ocean Tower One in Key Biscayne topped the list. Unit 201 sold for $6.6 million, or $955 per foot, after 327 days on the market. Jorge Uribe represented the seller, and Ada Castellanos brought the buyer.

The second-most expensive condo sale to close last week was at the Continuum South Beach. Unit 3305 traded hands after 49 days on the market for $3.1 million, or $1,700 per foot. The listing agent wasAya Charles and the buyer’s agent was Keith Marks.
