A waterfront Bay Point home once owned by the King of Latin Pop just sold for $6.5 million, a slight loss from its previous trade in 2013.

Stephen Zack, the former president of the American Bar Association and a partner with Boies Schiller and Flexner, and his wife sold the home at 4411 Sabal Road that was previously owned by Enrique Iglesias, property records show. Bay Love LLC, a company led by J.H. Arguello, bought the 6,500-square-foot house for about $1,000 per foot.

Zack and his wife put the property on the market in April for $8.9 million after paying $8.55 million for a waterfront mansion at 5310 North Bay Road in Miami Beach earlier that year.

Iglesias owned the five-bedroom Bay Point home from 1996 until 2013, when he sold it to Zack for $6.7 million. Iglesias has owned homes in Miami Beach and Miami, according to property records.

Robert Evangelista of One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing.
