CEO of Hewlett Packard buys Stone Creek Ranch mansion
The property has a 6K sf game room with a bowling alley
UPDATED, Feb. 14, 10:56 a.m. The CEO of Hewlett Packard Enterprises bought a mansion in Stone Creek Ranch near Delray Beach for $7.5 million.
Antonio Neri purchased the 12,474-square-foot home at 16141 Quiet Vista Circle for $601 per square foot. Neri bought the house from Leslie and Beth Melamed, who built the home in 2017, according to property records.
The home has a gym, game room, wine collection room and a custom movie theatre as well as a pool with a cascading waterfall. It has four bedrooms and five-and-half bathrooms. According to the Sun Sentinel, the property’s game room totals 6,000 square feet and includes a two-lane bowling alley, a Skee-Ball arcade game, air hockey, a golf simulator and a racquetball court.
Stone Creek Ranch has 37 estates on 2.5-acre properties and lakefront homesites. It spans 187 acres, with homes priced from $3 million to $20 million.
Senada Adzem of Douglas Elliman Real Estate was the listing agent for the property.
Neri has held the position of CEO of the San Jose-based technology company since 2017.
In October, Luis G. Piancone, the founder of the Italian food wholesale distributor Roma Foods sold his 2.5-acre estate at 9274 Hawk Shadow Lane, within the Stone Creek Ranch community, for $6.45 million.
