Alina Residences named Marisela Cotilla as director of sales

Colliers International in Florida hired Greg Main-Baillie to lead its development services division.

Main-Baillie joined the company as executive managing director of the division, which manages ground-up construction, exterior building enhancements, interior renovations and pre-development on behalf of its clients. He was previously managing director of construction management and development services at Foundry Commercial.

A longtime Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate agent in Fort Lauderdale joined Engel & Völkers. Linda Seitel, who has closed more than 200 deals totaling over $175 million since 2004, is now a real estate adviser at Engel & Völkers’ Fort Lauderdale office on North Ocean Boulevard.

Marisela Cotilla was named executive director of sales for Alina Residences Boca Raton, a luxury condo development being developed by El-Ad National Properties. Douglas Elliman is handling sales of the 121-unit luxury project, planned for more than 8 acres on Southeast Mizner Boulevard near the Boca Raton Golf Club. El-Ad launched sales in August. Units range from under $1 million to more than $6 million.

NGD Homesharing, under the Niido Communities powered by Airbnb company, hired Kim Walker as chief marketing officer, Lindsey Burns as vice president of marketing, Kyle Eaton as vice president of operations, Ron Park as vice president of procurement and Sarah Swartz as director of partnerships and special events. Marshall Finkelstein also joined the acquisitions team. The firm is led by founder and CEO Harvey Hernandez.

Brown Harris Stevens Miami added agents Sara Berkowitz, Maria Goodno, Romina Grinberg, Elisabeth Marty and Danielle Bond in its South Miami office.

Annie Bello, Jake Fletcher, William Grimm, Sebastian Herrman, Osmel Liriano, Annie Lopez, and Indhira Reinoso joined RE/MAX Advance Realty, Miami’s largest RE/MAX agency.

Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International hired Frank Diaz as a senior property accountant. He was previously an accountant at West Palm Beach Housing Authority, Gables Residential, Altman Companies and Bluegreen Corp.

Lee & Associates promoted Victor Pastor to principal of the South Florida office.

Matthew McCormack joined HFF’s Miami office team led by Hermen Rodriguez and Ike Ojala. McCormack previously worked for Crocker Partners.
