The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Top 10 sales ranged from $1M to $10M

Closed condo sales volume slipped but still remained relatively high in Miami-Dade last week thanks to a handful of pricey sales at the top.

A total of 126 condos sold for $62 million in Miami-Dade County, a decline from the previous week’s 209 closings for $80 million. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $492,000 or $326 per square foot.

The most expensive trade was the $10 million sale of a penthouse at Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach. Unit 5205 sold for more than $1,600 per square foot after 151 days on the market. Ian Resner represented the seller of the four-bedroom, 6,121-square-foot unit, while Alex Miranda brought the buyer.
