Circa Lighting is opening its first store in Florida on Biscayne Boulevard and 39th Street

Yvel opened a store at Town Center at Boca Raton; 7 for all Mankind is heading to Dadeland Mall; Circa Lighting signed a lease on Biscayne Boulevard, and more.

Here’s a roundup of retail leases recently signed across South Florida.

Yvel, a luxury jewelry boutique that features organic pearls paired with gems, opened its third U.S. location – and first in Florida – at Town Center at Boca Raton.

Founded in 1986 and owned by Orna and Isaac Levy, Yvel opened its 568-square-foot boutique near Bloomingdale’s, at 6000 Glades Road in Boca Raton, the mall announced.

7 for all Mankind plans to open a store in Dadeland Mall in the Fashion Wing near Tesla, according to the mall.

Dadeland Mall, owned by Simon Property Group, spans more than 1.4 million square feet and features more than 185 retail stores and restaurants.

Circa Lighting signed a lease for more than 5,000 square feet of ground-floor space at Quadro on 3900 Biscayne Boulevard. The store will mark its first in Florida.

Irma Figueroa at Comras Company represented the landlord, Alta Developers.

Al Bessin, chief operating officer for Savannah, Georgia-based Circa Lighting, said the firm plans to open the store in early 2020. Circa has 15 other locations around the country selling upscale designer-inspired lighting. Bessin declined to provide lease terms.

Loft 6101, a furniture store, signed a lease for 5,000 square feet at 6101 Biscayne Boulevard. Comras’ Figueroa and Sam Noddle represented the landlord, Greenstreet Partners. Plans are to open before the end of the year, Figueroa said.

Visionnaire, a furniture store that already occupies about half the ground-floor space at 2063 Biscayne Boulevard, is taking over the entire ground-floor space of about 7,000 square feet, said Figueroa, who brokered the deal. Visionnnaire plans to expand and modernize the showroom, she said.

Taco Rico leased a 2,000-square-foot space at 6901 Biscayne Boulevard. Figueroa represented the landlord, 6925 Biscayne LLC, a Comras Company partnership.

Total Health Medical Centers is leasing 3,410 square feet at TJ Maxx Plaza in Kendall at the intersection of Southwest 117th Avenue and Sunset Drive. It plans to open in the fourth quarter. Total Health Medical Centers is a primary care and multi-specialty medical group with six other locations operating in Florida.

Nicole Townsend with Weingarten Realty represented the landlord in the deal.
