Top 10 sales ranged from $920K to $5.8M

Condo sales were down again last week in Miami, though the sales dollar volume rose.

A total of 111 condos sold for $48 million in Miami-Dade County, compared to 120 closings for $45 million the previous week.  Condos last week sold for an average price of about $435,000 or $299 per square foot.

A combined unit at Porto Vita in Aventura, with seven bedrooms and 8,515 square feet of space, sold for $5.8 million, or nearly $700 per square foot, making it the most expensive condo sale of the week in Miami. It was on the market for 40 days with Jake Friedman. Karen Matluck represented the buyer.

Next, a unit at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $3.5 million after a whopping 952 days on the market. Inga Boutboul represented the buyer and seller of the 4,415-square-foot unit, which sold for $793 per square foot.
