The Real Deal, the largest news outlet for the real estate industry in the country, is looking for editorial interns to join our team in Miami. With over 2.5 million web visits a month, and a readership of more than 150,000 for our print publications, TheRealDeal.com is the go-to news source for the city’s top real estate, finance, architecture and investment professionals. Our award-winning coverage includes breaking news, investigative stories, market reports and long-form narrative profiles and trend pieces.

The position requires clean, colorful writing; a nose for a good news hook; research skills; and a knack for social media.

Interns at The Real Deal are not coffee fetchers: they provide research for big stories, break news and write in-depth features.

We’re looking for someone to dedicate about 20 hours a week. There’s a monthly stipend and the potential to join a growing, award-winning newsroom.
