These were the 10 most expensive condo sales last week

Top 10 sales ranged from $670K to $1.65M

More condos sold last week for a smaller combined sales volume in Miami.

A total of 116 condos sold for $37 million in Miami-Dade County last week, compared to the 91 units that sold for a combined $44.5 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $320,000 or $259 per square foot.

Unit 1110 at Bal Harbour 101 sold for $1.65 million, or $500 per square foot, marking the most expensive sale of the week. Jill Eber represented the seller, while Sheryl Padilla brought the buyer.

The second-most expensive sale was at Acqualina Ocean Residence. Unit 4002 sold for $1.5 million, or $678 per square foot, after 160 days on the market. The listing agent was Manuela Butcher, while the buyer’s agent was Tanya Tsveyer.
