These were the most expensive condo sales in Miami last week

Top 10 sales ranged from $1.2M to $3.7M

Condo sales jumped up last week in Miami-Dade County, thanks to an increase in sales at the higher end of the market.

A total of 121 condos sold for $58 million last week, compared to 105 units that sold for a combined $43 million the previous week. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $480,000 or $324 per square foot.

The most expensive sale was the $3.7 million trade of unit 1010 at the Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club in Surfside. The two-bedroom, 2,1360-square-foot unit sold for $1,736 per square foot. Charlotte Maietto represented the buyer and seller. It was listed for 248 days.

Turnberry Ocean unit 2004 was the second priciest condo sale of the week. The Sunny Isles Beach condo sold after 156 days on the market also for $3.7 million, or $992 per square foot. The listing agent was Craig Hopen and the buyer’s agent was Dmitry Saperov.
