Miami Heat player Justise Winslow put down roots in Coral Gables.

The small forward and point guard paid $3.3 million for the 7,354-square-foot, six-bedroom home at 506 Sunset Drive, property records show.

Winslow has been playing for the Heat since he signed his rookie contract with the NBA team in 2015. In college, he played for the Duke Blue Devils, and was part of the 2015 team that won the NCAA Championship.

Winslow closed on the Coral Gables house in October. The South Florida Business Journal first reported the deal.

Ramon Ray Navarro of Brown Harris Stevens represented the sellers, Michel Farah and Cora Jacobsohn. Ben Moss of Compass represented Winslow, according to Realtor.com.

The 28,600-square-foot lot last sold in 2004 for $985,000. The sellers built the house in 2008, and it features Brazilian cherry wood and marble floors, a fireplace, grand spiral staircase, two separate guest homes, a gym, full cabana and a salt water pool.

The property first hit the market in 2015 for $5.5 million, and was later relisted in 2017 for just under $4 million. The following year, the price was again reduced to about $3.5 million.
