Silke Dietrich of Brown Harris Stevens Miami represented the buyers, and Julian Johnston of the Corcoran Group was the listing agent.

Architect Rene Gonzalez designed the bayfront home, which was completed in January, according to the listing. It features an open floor plan, a rooftop deck, custom oak and marble floors and Carrara stone bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen and pool.

It hit the market in 2017 for $14.25 million and was relisted this year for $12.9 million. The 10,500-square-foot lot last sold in 2013 for $3 million.

The sale is the second highest on the Venetian Islands in 2019. In November, spec home developer Emmanuel Sebag sold the five-bedroom, 5,600-square-foot home at 802 West Dilido Drive for $15.55 million, or about $2,750 per square foot.
