After securing approval for a West Palm Beach condo project last year, Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures are launching sales of Forté.

Douglas Elliman is handling sales of the 41-unit waterfront condo building planned for 1309 South Flagler Drive, according to a press release. The 24-story tower, with units ranging from 4,200 square feet to 8,400 square feet, adds to the new development pipeline in West Palm.

Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica designed the project. Most units range from three to four bedrooms, in addition to a six-bedroom, 8,900-square-foot penthouse with a 2,000-square-foot outdoor terrace. Units start at $4.85 million, according to a spokesperson.

A sales gallery is expected to open soon next to the project site, according to the release.

The building will have a sculpture garden and art walk, library, wine storage, grand lobby and great room, pool, spas, two dedicated house cars for residents’ use, a theater and a fitness center.

Alpha Blue Ventures, a joint venture between founder Marius Fortelni and managing partner Scott Maslin, focuses on real estate projects in New York and southeast Florida.

Developer Al Adelson completed The Bristol, a 25-story condo building at 1112 South Flagler Drive, last year, marking the first new condo project in West Palm Beach in about a decade.

La Clara, a 25-story, 83-unit luxury condo tower at 1515 South Flagler Drive, is also underway. Canadian developer Great Gulf is the developer.
