Co-working operator NeueHouse signed a lease for its first Miami location.

NeueHouse is partnering with Casa Tua to open its fifth location in the U.S., the company announced on Friday. It will open at 78 Northwest 37th Street in Miami, near the Shops at Midtown Miami.

Luis Guevara, Mauricio Zapata and Lyle Chariff of Chariff Realty Group were the exclusive leasing brokers for the building. The 34,000-square lease is for more than 10 years. Property records show Set Midtown LLC, led by Phillip Sylvester, owns the new building, which fronts I-195.

Casa Tua, which operates a food hall at Brickell City Centre’s Saks Fifth Avenue in addition to its flagship Miami Beach location, will handle the food and beverage operations for NeueHouse Miami, according to a release. The exterior of the building has been completed and NeueHouse is expected to open by the end of the year.

There’s also a deal in the works for a complementary use next to the NeueHouse project, Chariff said.

Membership will range from $700 a month for access to the communal workspace to $1,250 per month for a per-person membership in a studio that can fit up to 30 people. Members can access their NeueHouse location after 5 p.m. and on weekends, and have access to the restaurant and programming the co-working operator offers.

NeueHouse, which operates similarly to Soho House and other private social clubs in that members have to apply to be accepted, has two locations in Los Angeles with a third planned, and one in New York.

The Midtown Miami property last sold in 2014 for $1.4 million.
