Former Goldman Sachs partner Audrey McNiff paid $7.85 million for a home in Palm Beach.

Catherine Marie Dressler Miller sold her six-bedroom, 5,732-square-foot house at 270 Queens Lane to McNiff, property records show. McNiff led Goldman Sachs’ foreign exchange and derivatives prime brokerage for 17 years until 2009, according to her LinkedIn profile.

The Palm Beach house, built in 1940 and designed by Palm Beach architect Howard Major, was restored and expanded by builder Tim Givens. It now features an elevator, impact glass, red oak floors and new mechanical systems, according to the listing. It sold for about $1,370 per square foot.

The non-waterfront property hit the market in January for $8.6 million with Beth Cole of the Corcoran Group. Liza Pulitzer of Brown Harris Stevens of Palm Beach represented the buyer, according to Realtor.com.

It last sold in 2011 for $4.4 million.

Luxury sales are continuing in Palm Beach during the pandemic.

Healthcare and real estate entrepreneur Scott Schuster and his wife, Heidi, sold their home at 110 Atlantic Avenue last week for $8 million.

About a month ago, luxury homebuilder Mark Pulte sold a lakefront estate at 446 North Lake Way for $33.2 million. The trust of the late business mogul Morton Mandel also sold his Palm Beach estate at 1063 North Ocean Boulevard last month for $25.4 million.
