Former politician Michael Huffington bought an oceanfront condo at a newly built high-rise in Miami Beach.

Records show Huffington, through the MH Trust, spent $7.5 million on unit 1601 at Eighty Seven Park, an 18-story, luxury condominium built by architect Renzo Piano.

The four-bedroom condo at 8701 Collins Avenue has just under 3,400 square feet of indoor space, as well as more than 2,200 square feet of outdoor terraces, according to Eighty Seven Park’s website.

Terra built the tower in 2019. Douglas Elliman is handling sales and marketing.
