The head of a truck parts company acquired a development site at Shoma Commercial Park in Hialeah Gardens.

Tundidor & Partners 13391 LLC, led by James Tundidor, sold the 3.7-acre site at 13391 West Okeechobee Road to Jaime Villamizar of Miami Star Truck Parts for $5.1 million. It comes with approved plans for a 39,500-square-foot building with a 25 bay retail plaza, according to marketing materials. The plans include 200 parking spaces fronting Okeechobee Road.

Tundidor is an investor and the co-founder of Green Roads World, a company that manufactures and sells CBD products. Tundidor bought the lot for $4.1 million at the end of 2018, property records show.

Jamie Maniscalco of Apex Capital Realty represented the buyer and seller. The land is in between a Home Depot and a Blue Bell Creameries. It was listed for $5.3 million.

Villamizar is named as a manager of Miami Star Truck Parts, a semi-truck retailer that sells truck parts, accessories and supplies, according to its website. Miami Star Truck Parts is located in Medley. Villamizar did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Foundry Commercial secured a $26.3 million construction loan to build two industrial warehouses back in June inside of an industrial complex in Hialeah Gardens. In May, Easton Group paid more than $8 million for a development site off the Florida Turnpike and Northwest 144th Street.
