Brad Parscale, former President Trump’s ex-campaign manager, sold his waterfront Fort Lauderdale home and listed his townhome at the former Gale Residences.

Parscale and his wife, Candice, sold the 3,415-square-foot house at 2319 Desota Drive for $2.7 million, a listing on Realtor.com shows. A day later, they listed townhouse 4 at Tiffany House, previously called the Gale Residences, also in Fort Lauderdale, for $997,000.

Katrina Campins of Campins Company, who declined to comment, is the listing agent for both. Campins was on the first season of Trump’s show, “The Apprentice.”

Parscale, a former campaign manager, then adviser, exited the campaign in September following reports that he had barricaded himself in his home, armed, and threatening suicide, according to his wife.

But he may be preparing a comeback. Axios reported last week that he founded a new super PAC, American Greatness PAC, and the nonprofit American Greatness Fund. According to Fox News, he also recently met with Trump at Mar-a-Lago.

Parscale and his wife paid $2.4 million for the Fort Lauderdale house, in the Seven Isles neighborhood, in early 2019. They listed it for sale asking nearly $3 million in November. It features 95 feet of waterfront, a deeded dock and boat lift, renovated kitchen and new bathrooms, and a summer kitchen and pool, according to the listing.

The couple paid $895,000 in 2018 for the 1,488-square-foot, two-bedroom townhouse at Tiffany House at 401 North Birch Road, records show.

The Trump family has descended on South Florida, with Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner renting a luxury condo in Surfside, and Don Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle reportedly planning to buy a home in Palm Beach Gardens.
