Weekly condo sales and dollar volume drop in Miami-Dade

Top 10 sales ranged from $2.3M to $9M

Miami-Dade County condo sales and closed dollar volume both fell last week.

A total of 186 condos sold last week for $129.6 million, down from 257 condos that sold for $201.6 million the previous week.

Units sold for an average price of nearly $697,000, down from $784,000 the previous week. Condos sold for $423 per square foot on average, down slightly from $437 the prior week.

The most expensive sale was for unit 6823 at Palazzo Della Luna on Fisher Island. The unit sold for $9 million, or $1,892 per square foot, after 491 days on the market. Dora Puig represented the seller, while Jill Eber represented the buyer.

The second most expensive sale of the week was at Apogee, also in Miami Beach. Unit 1802 sold for $7.5 million, or $2,721 per square foot, after one day on the market. John Lennon represented both parties.
