UPDATED, March 30, 3:45 p.m.: John Noffo-Kahn, an heir to the Annenberg publishing family, sold his unit at The Bristol in West Palm Beach for $7.8 million.

Records show Noffo-Kahn sold unit 701 to Bristol 701 LLC, a Florida corporation managed by attorney Maura Ziska.

Noffo-Kahn is the grandson by adoption of the late Janet Annenberg Hooker, and great nephew of the late Walter H. Annenberg, the creator of TV Guide and Seventeen Magazine. Annenberg sold his company, Triangle Publications, to Rupert Murdoch for about $3.5 billion in 1988.

Noffo-Kahn purchased the 4,358-square-foot condo for $7.5 million in August 2019, the same year The Bristol was completed. The unit features three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.

The condo was listed the same month for $8.4 million. After many price changes, the most recent asking price was $8 million in January. It sold for $1,790 per square foot.

Scott Gerow and Rachelle Hirt-Beresh of Douglas Elliman represented Noffo-Kahn, and Gary Pohrer, of the same brokerage, represented the buyer.

The Bristol, a 25-story, 69-unit condo tower at 1100 South Flagler Drive, has units ranging in size from 3,600 square feet to 14,000 square feet. Beauty mogul Sydell Miller bought a full-floor penthouse for $42.6 million in 2019.

This year, the CEO of a Canadian financial services company sold his unit for $6.6 million.

Correction: An earlier version of this story misidentified John Noffo-Kahn’s relation to the Annenberg family.
